The Administrative Section allows Site Administrators and Organization Administrators the ability to completely manage every aspect of their website. The Admin page allows you to create, edit and reorganize your websites and pages. SiteQuarters even allows you the ability to set both very basic and more complex access restrictions to each individual page on your site, so you can make sure people are only seeing the information that you want them to see.

User Management

User Management

The User Management Console is one the most innovative pieces of SiteQuarters. It allows administrators to create, edit, and delete user accounts for your SiteQuarters website. If you'd like to allow your clients, employees, and management to have access to certain pages, project lists, and file managers, you can create user accounts for them and they will have a personal logon for your organization's site. This allows your organization to have a fully functional extranet and public company website all in one.

The SiteQuarters File Manager allows you and your organization to have full or private access to common files at all times, from anywhere with internet access. Download PDF's, warranty information, contracts, MP3's, updated spreadsheets and anything else you decide to store on your organization's website. Email links to large files, eliminating email restrictions. You no longer have to fool with remote desktop connections, VPN's, FTP's or other less easy to use file sharing services.

Photo Gallery

SiteQuarters Photo Galleries can be used in many ways. You can use it internally to post pictures of current projects, or pictures of employee parties, luncheons, etc. Externally you can create a photo gallery of completed work that clients and potential clients can view. Making your calendar available online makes accidentally deleteing an e-mailed calendar, or throwing out a paper calendar a thing of the past.
